Returns will be accepted on any merchandise that arrives broken or defective.  All returns must be authorized within 2 weeks of the time you receive the merchandise.  After this time the sell will be considered final.

Any returns made that are not defective will have a 20% restocking fee imposed.  The product that is returned must not be opened on the inner packaging.  In the event that the inner packaging is opened the item will not be accepted as a return and the customer must pay to have the item returned.  If the customer does not pay for the return within one month, the item may be disposed of.

If the wrong item is sent or the item is grossly misrepresented then it will be returnable.  These items must be authorized within 2 weeks of the time you receive the merchandise and after this period of time will be considered final.
